Pet travel certificates without the hassle
Here at Travel Pets we understand your pets are part of the family and when you venture abroad you may want to take them with you.
We are an independent, vet-owned small business based in Bury St Edmunds and we specialise in easy and affordable travel certificates for your pet. No veterinary surgeries or white coats to make them anxious and with over 1,500 happy clients to date you're in safe hands.

Emma graduated from Cambridge Veterinary School in 2016, and has worked in veterinary practices across Norfolk and Suffolk, as well as spending the last few years delivering training to other vets across the UK.
She is an OV66 authorised Official Veterinarian and able to issue Animal Health Certificates for your pet to travel in the EU, as well as Export Health Certificates and Fit to Fly documents for travel further afield.

Travel fees are in addition to the Health Certificate fees listed above:

Export Health Certificates
We strongly advise employing the service of a pet transportation specialist if you are requiring an Export Health Certificate for your pet.
Export Health Certificates are issued just before travel, and we don't have the capacity to provide specific timeline advice to clients on the tests and treatments that may be required prior to your Export Health Certificate being issued.
A pet transportation specialist will be able to provide this service for you.

You can book an appointment for your Animal Health Certificate using our online booking service, by phone or by dropping us a message or email. Your appointment needs to be within 10 days of your departure date.

We'll email you a pre-appointment form to complete, so that we have all the information we need to prepare your paperwork.
3. Bring your pet to your appointment
Bring your pet along with their proof of rabies vaccination to your appointment (or have it to hand if you are having a home appointment).
4. Leave with your completed Animal Health Certificate
At the end of your appointment we will issue your completed Animal Health Certificate. You can use this for travel within the next 10 days.
